Meet Cauzinho Neto the ‘Mini-Hulk’ In Brazil there is a boy with a strong body. Even the 12 year old boy was nicknamed ‘mini-Hulk’.
The boy named Cauzinho Neto lives in Salvador, Bahia. He earned the nickname ‘mini-Hulk’ because of his muscular body thanks to his strenuous exercise routine.

Quoted from detikHealth, on weekdays, Cauzinho even gets up at 05.30 in the morning and runs 5 km before finally doing sit-ups.

Then, he had breakfast before going to school. After that, he did his second workout which was a two-hour weightlifting session before going to bed at 9pm.

Today, Cauzinho has 267k followers on his Instagram and appears to be well on his way to becoming a top weightlifter. He is able to lift more than 91 kg, almost three times his body weight.

His father, Carlos Pitanga Filho, said his son decided to take youth classes at the gymnasium.

“He used to be crazy about football, but then he wanted to know about the gym,” Carlos was quoted as saying by the Daily Star newspaper recently.

Carlos added, Cauzinho showed good progress during the first 15 days of training. He can also perform moves that students who spend months practicing cannot.

The boy now only plays football for fun. He also has his own training team consisting of coaches, doctors, physiotherapists and nutritionists.

“I’ve been playing sports since I was 10 years old and it hasn’t stopped me from growing, so today I’m 191 cm tall,” said Carlos.

Cauzinho’s father said his son has now grown 13 cm since he started training and weighs 37 kg. He also insisted that his son not train on the weekends.
