Jim Cramer: I put on Apple’s new Vision Pro headset-this is how it feels

Jim Cramer: I put on Apple’s new Vision Pro headset— this is how it feels. Nobody wants to put a feature on their head. You don’t want the ridiculous feeling of sitting with a mask on to watch a game or a movie. I know I believe I didn’t when I was shortlisted by Apple.

(AAPL) was among the press that received permission to wear the Vision Pro—the industry’s new combined reality headset released last month—at a recent briefing.

I’m sceptical. What are the benefits? I have 2 eyes. Why do I need them plus? Why do I want myself to be cut off from whoever is with me to wear this helmet? After that I did and realized that nothing would be the same. It’s a game changer.

Here are 5 reasons

1. Very easy to use.

This amazing feature is way ahead of anything Hollywood could ever dream of. It has enough camera in it that it can read your eyes and your eyes can be shown on the screen.

You press a button on the top right of the headset and a menu of apps appears, kind of like swiping up on an iPhone or using the dial button on an Apple Watch. Look at the application you want to select, pinch your fingers and you are in it.

All said, it took me 5 minutes to get used to it, and after that I was hooked. As simple as that.

2. The visuals are amazing.

What you see is real and real and looks extraordinary. You can choose to view whatever you want to watch and view it on a large screen the size of your living room.

It really was that big. Watch by first trying it on a headset. I will do every vacation before I leave to make sure I maximize my time.

3. Lots of applications.

All over there. Moreover, it could be better to come up with a sofa that is not very hot.

4. TV is better.

This is the best, the alibi why VisionPro is a must have. After using Vision Pro, I couldn’t imagine watching my favorite series on a large 70-inch resolution TV— the status is trashed by this feature.

I love The Bears, the Hulu series about talented young chefs. I’m not sure at this point I should watch it on a 70-inch screen instead of the Vision Pro.

5. Most importantly exercise.

The tape story. I’m an avid sports watcher and I’m not sure how I could end up courtside with this feature or the front row at a big football or baseball game.

I was watching a soccer game on the Vision Pro and I was ducking when a ball came right at me. A courtside playoff ticket to the New York Knicks costs $30. 000. I would have gotten a better couch with the Vision Pro, if Apple could have nailed that convention with NBA commissioner Adam Silver.

But the best is NFL football. I can imagine a world where I could plug in 4 or 5 RedZone screens at once and watch all of my favorite Skidaddies (my Crazy Money fantasy league team) score a touchdown.

This Starfield Technique Reduces the Anxiety of Ship Design

One Starfield player recently discovered a way to deploy ship modules without allowing the game to choose where their linking doors should be placed at random. They quickly learned of this newly shared trick as it quickly spread on social media, which suggests that many Starfield fans were not aware of it.

The Add action, which by default corresponds to the A button on an Xbox controller or the G key on a keyboard, allows users to pick additional parts before dragging them to the desired location, and is the most versatile method of installing spacecraft modules in Starfield’s ship builder. However, if you use this technique to connect two modules with walkable interiors, the game will choose the placement of the connecting doorway at random.

That’s not a problem when working with individual blocks that only have one entrance, but it might be frustrating when trying to build interiors for larger ship habs.

Fortunately, it turns out that by specifying such a position beforehand, it is feasible to stop the game from selecting a random space for a linking doorway. Starfield players can do this with a mouse and keyboard by first choosing the hab node where they want the access entry to go with a left click, then pressing the Add key and choosing the module they want to attach.

It is slightly more difficult to use this trick with a controller because you have to use the analog stick to hover over the target doorway node, hold both gamepad triggers, and then press A to access the module selection menu.

According to the number of upvotes for their most recent tip, Reddit user AlanCave recently described an alternative way for placing ship modules that appears to have assisted hundreds of players with their spacecraft design projects.

Since Starfield doesn’t actually explain the advantages of this alternative module installation method, even though the ship builder UI does give away its key and button combinations when hovering over a free node, the implication that many fans were unaware of the trick isn’t particularly surprising.
