Apple had to remove the lightning charger from the new iPhone

After the EU mandated the change, Apple has announced that the new iPhone would not include its exclusive Lightning charging port.
The tech giant claim that a USB-C connector would be the “universally accept standard” for the iPhone 15, which was announce at its annual presentation on Tuesday.
Additionally, a new Apple Watch series with an improve chip was announce.
Apple
However, one analyst claim that some people might let down by Apple’s absence of “headline-grabbing” improvements this year.
Given the sophistication of the iPhone and Watch, Ben Wood from CCS Insight remarked, “It isn’t a surprise.”
It demonstrates how well-rounded the iPhone and Watch are, as well as how challenging it has become to release truly disruptive changes each year.
The new iPhone model, which goes on sale the following week, is the first to include a different charging port since 2012.
The company announced that its new AirPods Pro and corded EarPods headphones will function with the USB-C connector, which is already compatible with many Apple computers and iPads.
The EU had instructed the tech giant to give up its exclusive charging connections in order to simplify life for customers, save them money, and promote charger reuse in order to lessen e-waste.
However, some fear that in the years to come, the change may result in an increase of wires being thrown away.
Perhaps in reaction, Apple announced a number of environmental commitments concerning its new products at its launch event on Tuesday, including the first-ever carbon neutrality for the new Apple Watch line.
Additionally, it will result in a greater usage of recycled materials in the batteries and other components of the new Watch and iPhone.
The company also said that it would stop using leather in any of its accessories and made a commitment to go carbon-neutral by the year 2030.
The new iPhone 15 range, according to Apple CEO Tim Cook, includes the “best and most capable iPhones we’ve ever made.”

In order to better comprehend the technology, some businesses have implemented internal prohibitions on generative AI tools, while others have already started to expose the fashionable technology to staff in their own unique methods.
Generative AI
a ban on AI? Accepting AI? or getting ready for AI?
According to AI content analyzer Originality.AI, many well known corporations have completely stopped internal ChatGPT use, with some citing privacy and security concerns. These companies include JPMorgan Chase, Northrup Grumman, Apple, Verizon, Spotify, and Accenture.
When consumers enter information into these tools, “[y]ou don’t know how it’s then going to be used,” said Mark McCreary, co-chair of the privacy and data security practice at law firm Fox Rothschild LLP, in March.
McCreary said: “I think the opportunity for company trade secrets to get drop into these different various AI’s is just going to increase.” As more and more workers sloppily use these tools to help with work emails or meeting notes, McCreary predicted that this risk will only grow.
However, the corporate to accept generative AI may only last a short while.
“Companies that are on the list of banning generative AI also have working groups internally that are exploring the usage of AI,” said Jonathan Gillham, CEO of Originality.AI, highlighted how businesses in riskier areas have been quicker to act against the technology while determining the best course of action for safe deployment. It would be too risky for them to give all of their employees access to ChatGPT and tell them to “have fun,” but that doesn’t mean they aren’t thinking, “Holy crap, look at the 10x, 100x efficiency that we can lock when we figure out how to do this in a way that makes all the stakeholders happy,” in areas like legal, finance, and accounting.
